Delivery Info

On receipt of your order we aim to dispatch all parcels within 2 to 3 working days.

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail, second class, signed for service. 

We also offer a Pick Up service. 

Once you place and pay for your order you will receive an order confirmation of your order and instructions to send a DM via tula_scents on Instagram to arrange a suitable date and time for collection, or alternatively you can send an email to lyn_gilbert@hotmail.com.

RETURNS

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we request that the items are returned, unused and in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase and we will offer an exchange or a full refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit and therefore politely suggest that you return your items via registered post for proof of dispatch.
